Wow, so does HP even look at these forums, now they teamed with IBM. Seems all the support is being left compared to how efficient they were before.
I have the same issue with a Proliant ML350 G5 running Windows Server 2003 R2, mxdomainmgr.exe starts, runs for a minute or two, consuming reasources till it crashes, then starts again after about 25 seconds, what i have found now as well, is that when it crashes some of the resources it was using (Memory / Virtual Memory) is not released and so it keeps building till the server gets so slow they must restart it, or even that it restarts itsel.f
This issue has been around for years, yet all forums i look at ARE UNANSWERED!!! So HP it may be a Server 2003 platform thats not supported now, but when it was supported and people posted questions, and were ignored, it would make HP still legally at fault and therefore this needs to still be fixed.
