Let it be clear this has never been an official support forum from HPE... And they teamed up with IBM? This is new for me as well...
So if you have an issue you always have to log a support case at HPE following the known ways you can open a support case...
On top of that you will need to supply more information like just: it crashes and it is running on a non-supported OS... Says enough...
There are log files like mxdomainmgr.log and many others that can explain where things go wrong...
