The warranty icon in SIM was tied to the Remote Support Advanced solution which for the most part has been retired. To get your contract reports you now need to log into Insight Online through the HPSC.
You must first register the Insight Remote Support using your passport which will propagate your devices to Insight Online.

Please make sure you register the Insight Remote Support Client so the systems will be visable in Insight Online first.
