Hi,
I have HP SIM + nsight remote support in place. The IRS SIM connector is working fine. When I add a system to SIm it will pop up in IRS and teh warranty check is ok.
But where can I see the warranty info in HP SIM?
The warranty reports in SIM are empty and nothing about warranty on the nodes.
Is the SIM connector a one way ticket? So alle warranty informations are only viewable in IRS?
