Could be a timeout, try to set the HTTP timeout higher to see if that helps. The strange thing is that you have HTTP response in the log so that should not be a problem. Did you install the 7.3 hotfixes?

Andrew, That was exactly the issue. I set the http timeouts higher and it's working now. I ran an identify task aftrwards and the weblinks appeared and are working. Thanks!
