The CW column was populated but the plugin Remote Support Advanced 5.x

This solution will not work with  IC 7.3.

To get you contract information you will need to install IRS 7.09. There is limited contract data withing the IRS interface itself but if you configure IRS  to use Insight Online you will be able to pull contract, configuration, case reports from the Insight Online portal
