The SQL connection works but perhaps it's corrupt, not that i can see a DBa error. You could run the following command on the SIm server : MXCONFIGREPO -c
This checks the database consistency. If you see errors you can use the fix command :
To correct HP SIM database corruption, perform the following steps:
- Stop the HP SIM service.
- Run the Central Management Server (CMS) command MXCONFIGREPO -f.
- Restart the HP SIM service.
Was this a clean install or an upgrade over a 7.2 or earlier version ?
