Hello Christian,

Please have a look in the System Insight Manager under the folder logs and find the mxdomainmgr.log file to see if there are errors, most of the time problems are database related. You can also log for the mxdomainmgr exe file in the task manager. If the process keeps growing and then restarts you might have a database problem. But as i said you'll see that in the logfile. Look at the top part, the first 2 pages should give enough info. If needed you can post that part of the log if you need more hints.
