If I understood this correctly you were able to send snmp test alerts from iLo after the discovery but now
you are not able to receive the alerts even though there are no changes.
1) Please try re-discover the server and test
2) Check the firewall inbound or outbound for SNMP ports 161 and 162., try telnet these ports.
3) Reset the ilo once and test, if the firmware is older upgrade to the latest ones and test.
4) Try installing a simple snmputil tool on your SIM/other monitoring sw server (windows server), send a test alert from ilo and check in snmputil if you are able to see that IP in this tool. (snmputil can be downloaded from google which also has instruction on how to rrun it). If you dont see the IP of the target server on this tool then the snmp is blocked between destination & target server.
5) Re-enter all the details under SNMP in iLO and refresh and send test alert.
6) Adding to this make sure you patch the SIM to patch4 (7.6 LR4) because most of the snmp issues on gen10 is been fixed in patch release.
