Please check if the source and destination are reachable to each other.
Ensure enough space is there.
Ensure the path given is right(case sensitive and spaces need to be taken care off)
Ensure any proxy settings and firewalls to be set are done as required.
Check on the user previleges especially if they are LDAP authenticated.
