VCRM Url for Firewall

Hi, who know, does these urls is actual for vcrm automatic updates?
ftp://ftp.hp.com& ftp://ftp.compaq.com
Or now we need use https://downloads.hpe.com/pub

And maybe anybody know, why i get this error in auto update repository:

Invalid HTTP status 404 trying to read file remote file https://downloads.hpe.com/pub/softlib2/software1/cd-generic/p452594217/v129767/SPP2017071.2017_0718.11.iso.

I got many message this 404 error
