I believe that this trap would be resolved by the cpqhlth.mib and then the condition cpqHe3FltPowerRedundancyLost.
This is trap number 6032 and Enable for trap Handling by default. The severity is Major. Can you check if you have the same settings ? |You can check this from Options > Events > SNMP Trap Settings and there select the cpqhlth.mib.
