On the DL360 G8 and DL560, we are using for VSAN. I ran this command "hpssacli controller slot=0 modify hbamode=on forced" it works well. Only issue we are having is SIM not alerting on drive failures or removal. I simulated these failures, even though we get the vCenter alerts not SIM. Is it due to forcing it to use HBAmode?
The VSAN cluster we have is working as expected. Is there ideas on how we can configure SIM to alert on the drives? I can see the drives in the iLO under the storage view.
