* Stop VCRM service
- Go to “HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Compaq\Version Control Repository Manager” in registry
- Right click on “AutoDownloadCatalogIndexUrl” and change to http protocol from https in "https://downloads.hpe.com/pub/softlib/software2/COL3293/catalogindex.xml” value data.
-> “http://downloads.hpe.com/pub/softlib/software2/COL3293/catalogindex.xml - Right click on “AutoDownloadCatalogUrl” and change to http protocol from https in “https://downloads.hpe.com/pub/softlib/software2/COL3293/catalog.xml“ value data.
->“http://downloads.hpe.com/pub/softlib/software2/COL3293/catalog.xml“ - Restart VCRM service.
Seems to resolve registering with the Entitlement Token, still waiting for Catalog Validation to complete before attempting a download
