Where can I find HP SIM 7.5.1? Version 7.5.1 is mentioned in a few places:

However, visiting the following HP SIM download page I only see version 7.5 available for download.

Even after installing the latest Hotfix named "SIM75_hotfix_2016_Apr_win.exe" does not bring my version up to 7.5.1.
