Re: HP SIM 7.4 doesn't detect agent software status

Ok found a solution that work for me with SIM 7.5

On the SIM server...

1- Stop "HP Version Control Repository Manager" service

2- Delete C:\Repository

3- Copy the new HP Service Pack "843216_001_spp_2015.10.0-SPP2015100.2015_0921.6.iso" to C:\Repository

4- Start "HP Version Control Repository Manager" service (It may takes a few hours to the service to extract the .iso)

Just monitor the "C:\Repository "it will be about 2608 extracted files unpon completion
Wait for extract completion before proceeding with #5

5- Upgrade and/or install VCA 7.3.5 (June 2015) cp026226.exe on all of your servers

6- Within SIM reassign the baseline to each of your server by clicking on the ? under the SW column

7- To save space, you can delete the .iso file in C:\Repository

8- End of the procedure

Good luck at this work for me and it is now stable :)
