I am having an issue with discovering new printers on our network. I can reach the printers by IP and setup SMNPv1 and v3. When I do a discovery on Web Jetadmin and only have V3 checked it does not find anything however if I check V1 it does find the printers. When it displays information "Device Model" and port shows Not Supported, it does show IP, IP Hostname and Mac. But when I click Status everything changes to Not Supported. I need to set the printers V3 and be able to configure from Web Jetadmin. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Ohh also the printer being discovered is and HP M750 and I am running Web Jetadmin 10.3 SR 7.
